Those listings are demand evidence for the master community — they are not The Line's unit mix, and they are not a substitute for a transaction dataset.

Independent community data for Phase 12 (PropertyMonitor, 3 September 2026; Propsearch guide updated 18 January 2026) confirms 97 homes and 0% sold ahead of the 16 March 2026 sales start. No DLD resale series exists for The Line yet, so this page stays qualitative.
